Doowy Privacy Policy

Doowy is an HR and ERP mobile application developed by Looper Soft LLC. It is deployed by businesses ("Employers") for use by their employees ("Users"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

• Account information — name, employee ID, phone number, and company provided when your employer sets up your account.
• Attendance data — check-in and check-out times, attendance dates, and work location status.
• Location data — GPS coordinates collected at the moment of attendance check-in only, to verify your work location. Location is not tracked continuously.
• Biometric data — Face ID or fingerprint authentication is processed entirely on your device by the operating system. Doowy does not receive or store biometric data.
• Camera — used only to scan QR codes for attendance check-in. Photos are not captured or stored.
• HR records — leave requests, overtime requests, remote work requests, payslips, and timesheet data as entered by you or your employer.
• Push notification tokens — device tokens used to send you work-related notifications from your employer.
• Device and session data — device model, OS version, and active session information used for security and support.

• To provide HR and attendance management features on behalf of your Employer.
• To send push notifications authorized by your Employer.
• To verify your identity and secure your account.
• To diagnose technical issues and provide customer support.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Doowy service for your Employer.

Your data is shared only as follows:

• Your Employer — HR managers and administrators within your company can access your attendance, leave, and payroll records as required to manage employment.
• Looper Soft LLC — we access your data only for support, maintenance, and to operate the service.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law or a valid government order.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Your data is stored on servers operated by Looper Soft LLC and accessed only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We apply industry-standard security practices including JWT-based authentication, access control, and regular security reviews.

Data is retained for the duration of your employment relationship and as long as your Employer maintains an active account with Looper Soft LLC. Upon account termination, data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with your Employer's retention policy and applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Because Doowy is operated on behalf of your Employer, please direct such requests first to your HR department. You may also contact us directly at support@looper.mn.

Doowy is intended for use by adults in an employment context. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Employers of material changes. Continued use of Doowy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
